Fluoplus^® FEP film is manufactured from FEP resin by the extrusion , resulting in a smooth surface and excellent overall performance characteristics. The film can undergo various processing techniques, including heat sealing, welding, metallization, lamination with other materials, and vacuum forming. It is widely utilized in fields such as 3D printing, gas sampling bags, pharmaceutical stoppers, aerospace composite molding, film welding, anti-corrosion pipe linings, and high-performance electrets.

Excellent chemical resistance; acts as an exceptional barrier against liquids, gases, water vapor, and organic vapors.
Capable of long-term use in environments ranging from -200°C to 200°C.
Oxygen Index of 95%; flame retardancy rating of UL 94V-0.
High dielectric strength: 6500 V/mil (1 mil) / 250 kV/mm (0.025 mm).
Low dielectric constant and dielectric loss.
Extremely low surface energy and coefficient of friction, offering excellent non-stick and self-cleaning properties.
Excellent impact strength and tear resistance.
Superior weather resistance, with an outdoor service life exceeding 20 years.
Exhibits excellent transparency to UV and visible light (excluding far-infrared light).
