Fluoplus® PFA tubing is manufactured from PFA resin by melt extrusion process. PFA material exhibits excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance, with the exception of molten alkali metals, it is resistant to the vast majority of other chemical substances. Consequently, it is widely used in various applications requiring resistance to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.

Product Description

Fluoplus® PFA tubing is manufactured from PFA resin by melt extrusion process. PFA material exhibits excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance, with the exception of molten alkali metals, it is resistant to the vast majority of other chemical substances. Consequently, it is widely used in various applications requiring resistance to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. It owns key features including high lubricity, non-stick properties, electrical insulation capabilities, excellent resistance to aging, and superior thermal stability (capable of sustained operation within a temperature range of -196°C to 260°C).
