Fluoplus® PES Film

Fluoplus® PES film is an unoriented, unfilled pure resin film manufactured from pure PES resin by melt extrusion casting. It fully retains the inherent properties of PES, exhibiting excellent heat resistance, dimensional stability, and intrinsic flame retardancy, while also possessing good transparency and biocompatibility. The film supports various processing methods, including thermoforming, vacuum forming, and ultrasonic welding, and can also be laminated with a wide range of substrates.

• Chemical Resistance: Withstands most mineral acids, alkalis, salt solutions, and hydrocarbon-based oils.
• Thermal Stability: Features a glass transition temperature (Tg) of up to 225°C, allowing for long-term continuous use in environments reaching 180°C.
• Highly Stable Dielectric Properties: Possesses a dielectric constant of approximately 3.5 and a dielectric loss factor as low as 0.0022–0.003, ensuring signal integrity.
• Stable Electrical Insulation: Exhibits a typical dielectric strength of 15–16 kV/mm and a volume resistivity reaching up to 10¹⁷ Ω·cm.
• Naturally Transparent Amber Hue: Features a refractive index of approximately 1.65 and demonstrates excellent light transmission within the visible light spectrum.
• Biocompatibility: Complies with the ISO 19393 standard, making it suitable for medical contact applications.
