Fluoplus® PCTFE film is a high-performance film manufactured from PCTFE resins by melt extrusion casting or solvent-assisted film-forming processes. It owns features of exceptional transparency, superior barrier properties, and heat-sealability. Final products can be fabricated with various processing methods, including heat sealing, high-frequency welding, and thermoforming, or by laminating the film with different materials through surface treatment techniques. It is widely used in various applications, such as pharmaceutical blister packaging, electronic component packaging, aerospace component protection, cryogenic sealing components, and optical window protection.

Product Features
  • Suitable for long-term use in temperature environments ranging from -70°C to 150°C.
  • Resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents; exhibits high barrier properties against water vapor, oxygen, and corrosive gases.
  • Oxygen Index of 50%, flame retardancy rating of UL 94 V-0.
  • Exceptional mechanical strength, featuring high tensile strength as well as excellent impact and tear resistance.
  • High dielectric strength, making it suitable for high-frequency and high-voltage electrical insulation applications.
  • Inert to ultraviolet radiation; exhibits no significant degradation in performance after more than 20 years of prolonged outdoor exposure.
