Product Description

Fluoplus® PEEK film is a highly uniform, specialized engineering plastic film manufactured from PEEKresinb by  precision melt extrusion casting process, and it contains absolutely no added plasticizers, flame retardants, or fillers. Different from common filled-modified and stretched PEEK films on the market, Fluoplus® PEEK film fully retains the inherent superior properties of the original PEEK resin, making it suitable for direct application in extreme operating environments characterized by high temperatures, high pressures, and high corrosivity.

  • Extreme Temperature Resistance: Stable operation within a temperature range of -60°C to 260°C, maintaining its toughness without becoming brittle or cracking.
  • Inherent Flame Retardancy: The pure resin features an Oxygen Index of 35% and meets the UL94 V-0 flame retardancy standard, it exhibits no dripping during combustion and releases no toxic halogen-containing gases.
  • Superior Chemical Resistance: At temperatures below 200°C, with the exception of strong oxidizing acids such as concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid, and aqua regia, it remains stable against all common acids, alkalis, organic solvents, greases, hydraulic fluids, and moisture.
  • Stable Electrical Insulation Properties: Across a broad temperature range of -50°C to 200°C and a wide frequency range of 1 Hz to 1 MHz, its dielectric constant remains stable between 3.1 and 3.3, making it an ideal insulating material for high-temperature and high-frequency environments.
  • Outstanding Mechanical Durability: Features a tensile strength of ≥90 MPa and an elongation at break of ≥15%; under a load of 10 MPa at 150°C, its creep rate is < 0.5% per 1000 hours—performance far superior to that of traditional film materials such as PI and PET.
  • Naturally Translucent Amber Hue: Completely blocks ultraviolet radiation in the 200–400 nm range, effectively protecting internal components from UV-induced aging; its surface is smooth and non-stick, offering excellent mold-release properties that eliminate the need for additional release agents.
