Fluoplus® PTFE Micropowder
Fluoplus® ECTFE film is smooth and high-performing non-stretch film, which is formed by melt extrusion with ETFE resin. It could be heat sealed, thermoformed, vacuum formed, heat bonded, welded, metalized, and laminated.

Product Description
Fluoplus® PTFE Micropowder (ultra-fine polytetrafluoroethylene powder) features an extremely small particle size, excellent hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, and an ultra-low coefficient of friction. This product is widely utilized as a wear-resistance modifier for engineering plastics (e.g., in the modification of PEEK, nylon, and PC), significantly enhancing the substrate’s resistance to abrasive wear and its non-stick properties. Furthermore, it serves as an ideal choice for high-performance wear-resistant additives in lubricants, as well as an anti-scratch agent for inks and coatings, substantially improving the coating’s abrasion resistance and surface smoothness.
- Fine particle size with a uniform particle size distribution
- Excellent lubricity and an extremely low coefficient of friction, significantly reducing friction between substrate materials and minimizing wear
- Outstanding chemical inertness
- Superior resistance to both high and low temperatures; unlike conventional organic lubricants, it does not volatilize under high-temperature conditions
- Excellent electrical insulation properties, making it suitable for use as a modifying additive in high-end electronic materials (e.g., 5G high-frequency circuit boards)
- Good dispersibility, allowing for uniform dispersion within various plastic or coating matrices
