FLUOPLUS® PFA Rod and Sheet

Fluoplus® PFA sheets is manufactured from PFA resin by melt extrusion process, it is a highly pure polymer containing no additives. The glass fiber-reinforced composite sheet series features a backing layer of glass fiber fabric applied to the fluoroplastic sheet, thereby resolving the long-standing challenge of bonding fluoroplastics to metals while simultaneously facilitating construction that requires a high degree of surface flatness.

• Almost inert; resistant to almost all strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidizers, and organic solvents
• Excellent non-stick and self-lubricating properties
• Excellent impact resistance and mechanical strength
• Low moisture absorption, saturated water absorption rate <0.03%
• High purity, contains no added auxiliary agents
• Excellent dielectric strength and extremely low dielectric constant
• Excellent resistance to stress cracking and flexural fatigue
• Excellent weather resistance, maintains its inertness even under prolonged outdoor exposure
• Excellent flame retardancy,  flame retardancy rating of UL94-V0
• Long-term service temperature range for sheets: -200°C to 260°C
