Fluoplus® PEI Rod and Sheet

Fluoplus® PEI sheets and rods typically exhibit a uniform and consistent appearance, commonly presenting in amber, beige, or transparent hues. Their surfaces are flat and smooth, with a hard texture and excellent luster, and are free from visible impurities or cracks.

• Possesses outstanding strength and rigidity, maintaining excellent mechanical properties even at elevated temperatures, and exhibits superior creep resistance, as well as high impact strength and elongation at break.
• Withstands continuous service temperatures of approximately 180°C, and short-term temperatures exceeding 200°C while demonstrating excellent resistance to thermal aging.
• Low dielectric constant and low dissipation factor, with performance remaining stable across a wide range of frequencies and temperatures, ideally suitable for use as an insulating material in the electronics and electrical engineering sectors.
• Excellent resistance to a wide variety of organic solvents, acids, alkalis, and other chemical reagents, making it particularly well-suited for applications in harsh or demanding environments.
