Fluoplus® PEI Film
Fluoplus® PEI film is an unoriented, unfilled pure-resin film manufactured from pure PEI resin by melt extrusion casting. It can undergo secondary processing through various methods, such as thermoforming, ultrasonic welding, and laser cutting, and can also be bonded and laminated with materials such as metals and carbon fibers.

- Temperature Resistance: Long-term operation in environments ranging from -40°C to 170°C, with short-term tolerance for high temperatures up to 200°C.
- Inherent Flame Retardancy: Oxygen index of 47%, a thickness of just 0.25 mm is sufficient to meet the UL94 V-0 flame retardancy standard.
- Stable Dielectric Properties: The dielectric constant remains stable between 3.1 and 3.3 across a temperature range of -40°C to 180°C and a frequency range of 1 Hz to 1 GHz.
- Naturally Transparent Amber Hue: Exhibits a visible light transmittance of approximately 60%–70%, making it one of the few engineering plastic films that combines both high temperature resistance and transparency.
- Excellent Chemical Resistance: Withstands the vast majority of acids, bases, organic solvents, and greases under room temperature.
- High Tensile Strength
