Fluoplus® High-Performance Tapes

Fluoplus^® High-Performance Tapes are manufactured from high-purity ETFE, FEP, PFA, and PEEK films as base materials. Following a specialized surface treatment, these films are coated with a high-temperature-resistant silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive. These products feature an exceptionally wide operating temperature range; they maintain excellent adhesion even after prolonged exposure to high- and low-temperature cycling, and leave absolutely no adhesive residue upon removal at high temperatures.

ETFE, FEP, and PFA tapes combine outstanding resistance to strong acids and alkalis with an ultra-low surface friction coefficient and superb dielectric properties. They are frequently utilized as insulating protective tapes in semiconductor manufacturing (e.g., for protecting processing channels during silicon wafer fabrication), as well as non-stick, self-adhesive repair tapes for ETFE-membrane architectural structures and outdoor photovoltaic greenhouses.
