Fluoplus® AntistaticFluoroplastic

Fluoplus® Antistatic fluoroplastics are plastic granules specifically developed by Fluoever New Materials to address antistatic requirements. Through precise formulation modification and process optimization, these pellets enable plastic products to achieve a volume resistivity reduction from 10¹⁷ Ω·cm down to 10⁵ Ω·cm.

Product Description

Fluoplus® Antistatic fluoroplastics are plastic granules specifically developed by Fluoever New Materials to address antistatic requirements. Through precise formulation modification and process optimization, these pellets enable plastic products to achieve a volume resistivity reduction from 10¹⁷ Ω·cm down to 10⁵ Ω·cm. This imparts effective antistatic functionality to the finished products, preventing the accumulation of static electricity. They are ideally suited for applications requiring antistatic properties, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature stability—such as antistatic linings for chemical equipment, antistatic films, and similar products. While providing antistatic capabilities, these pellets fully retain the inherent corrosion resistance and high-temperature durability of the base materials.

  • – Outstanding high-temperature resistance: PFA grades offer a maximum continuous service temperature of up to 260°C.
  • – Excellent flame retardancy: Fluoroplastic grades feature a Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI) of up to 95% and meet the UL94-V0 flame retardancy standard.
  • – Low surface resistivity and volume resistivity (Antistatic properties).
  • – Superior chemical resistance: Chemically inert to virtually all industrial chemicals and solvents.
  • – Compatible with standard plastic processing equipment.
  • – Fluoroplastic grades feature low surface energy, providing excellent non-stick properties.
Product Series
  • – Fluoroplastics (ETFE, FEP, PFA, PVDF, ECTFE)
  • – Engineering Plastics (PEEK, PEI, PPS)
