Fluoplus® PPA Additive

Fluoplus® PPA Polymer Processing Aid is specifically designed to optimize the extrusion processing of polyolefins (LLDPE/LDPE/PP) and engineering plastics. As a high-performance fluoropolymer processing modifier, it significantly enhances melt flowability—even at extremely low addition levels, and effectively eliminates “sharkskin” and melt fracture phenomena during blown film and cast film processes. Furthermore, it substantially reduces die build-up, minimizes the frequency of downtime for cleaning, and improves product surface finish and transparency, making it an ideal rheology modifier for high-throughput extrusion operations.
