Fluoplus® Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM)

Fluoplus^® Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) is engineered specifically to withstand the most hostile industrial environments. Possessing a chemical inertness comparable to that of PTFE, FFKM resists swelling and degradation from virtually all chemical media. Furthermore, it exhibits exceptional thermal stability, capable of operating continuously in ultra-high-temperature environments exceeding 300°C. It is widely utilized in cutting-edge fields demanding extreme chemical resistance—such as high-purity seals for semiconductor manufacturing (specifically plasma etching processes), deep-well seals for oil drilling, and aerospace applications.
